What Sound Can You Hear? (PAUD 3-4 tahun 2016)

what can you hear

Catatan guru 21 Januari 2016

Today we played a game to develop listening skills. We follow the Letters and Sounds programme and in Nursery we work on a range of phase one activities designed to help children to develop a variety of skills which will help them on their journey to becoming readers and writers.

Our game today involved looking at several objects which make different sounds. The objects were then put in a box out of sight. The children then had to identify which object was making a sound. This helps them to discriminate between different sounds in the environment and later it will help them to discriminate between the different sounds in words to help them read and write.

Perhaps you could listen out for the different sounds you can hear at home or when you are out and about.
